Top reactor sampler for fixed volume
type EC VH S (patented)
The top reactor sampler is installed on an available dip tube. First the sample chamber and the dip tube are purged with nitrogen gas. When vacuum is applied to the sampling cock, sample-volume from the vessel is drawn up into the sample chamber. Vessel over pressure or plant vacuum can both be used to draw the sample into the chamber. The sample is
extracted with a single movement. While turning the handle first the product inlet and outlet are closed and the sample volume is pre-chambered. Reaching the end position of the handle the sample outlet and the gas displacement to the sample-bottle are opened. The sample volume is filled into the sample-bottle and is ready for further handling.

Double piston cross-cut sampler
type EC COMPRESS SAMPLER (patented)
High viscous liquids are taken by two cooperating pistons. The two pistons are shifted first parallel and then against each other. Thereby the sample volume is defined, transported and delivered completely out into the sampling bottle.
Optional equipment:
• full programmed control system
• protection cabinet
Molten material sampler
for vessels or process lines
This sampling system is used to extract "Melts", molten materials such as Bitumen from vessels. The sampler can guarantee safe sampling by isolating a fixed volume (735 ml approx.) in a pre-chamber, within a protection cabinet. The fixed volume prevents an overfilling of the sample receptacle. The protection cabinet is responsible for
the spatial separation of the filling process and the controls. These are located on the outside of the cabinet. The sampler is operated by two air operated, spring return drives, which are mutually interlocked by a single multi-directional control valve.
